End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the use of the ModShip device and software.

2. License Grant

ModShip grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the device and software for personal use only.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the software.
• Use the device for commercial purposes without authorization.

4. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the device and software.
